GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the No Surprises Act, you will be given a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for the services provided to you during your session with each individual therapist. It is not possible for a therapist to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person upon the initiation of therapy. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. If you have any questions, please discuss with your individual therapist.
